Ullas ji has the pleasure to welcome you to The Progressive Yoga Centre of Varkala which is located in Kerala in the South of India, facing the Arabian sea. There are various programmes including different activities such as Yoga Class, Meditation, Ayurvedic treatments: Pancha Karma, Ayurvedic massages training, Chakra balancing, Traditional Indian Palm reading, Reiki healing and class, Thai massages. Ullas Kumar thinks that "Yoga, Vedanta and Meditation are the supreme way to achieve the higher state of consciousness". The centre opened in 1995. Most of the visitors coming here are European and American people.
